Sourcing guide
How to source rechargeable work lights for retail and distributor programs.
A good rechargeable work light program is not only a lumen number. Buyers should compare battery capacity, charging method, beam pattern, housing protection, magnet strength, hanging options, and packaging proof before confirming samples.
Start with application, not only price
Workshop buyers usually need inspection lights, foldable work lights, flood lights, and compact torches for different jobs. Ask whether the range is for automotive repair, industrial maintenance, DIY retail, or promotional programs. This decides material, brightness, runtime, and packaging level.
Confirm the sample checklist
- Battery type, charging port, cable inclusion, and charge indicator.
- COB/SMD/LED type, lumen claim, color temperature, and runtime at each mode.
- Magnet, hook, stand, clip, and fall resistance.
- Carton quantity, retail card, color box, manual, barcode, and warning label.
