OEM tool packaging checklist for retail-ready hardware programs.

Private-label programs move faster when packaging decisions are visible before production. The goal is to remove ambiguity around artwork, carton marks, labels, barcode, manuals, and sample approval.

Packaging decisions to confirm

• Color box, blister card, display box, bulk carton, or mixed packaging program.
• Logo placement, product photo, icons, warning text, barcode, and country-specific label requirements.
• Inner carton, master carton, shipping marks, pallet notes, and mixed SKU plan.

Sample sign-off

Before mass production, buyers should approve product function, finish, color, packaging layout, printed information, and carton data. Keep one signed sample record for both buyer and factory reference.
